Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 4, 2026

TZ Console is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle, secure, and manage your data when using the TZ Console Android application and our synchronization services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide cloud synchronization and backup services, we collect the following information:

  • Account Credentials: If you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, name, and Google identifier to authenticate your account.
  • Configuration Backups: Server configurations, group groupings, public/private SSH keys, and quick command templates that you explicitly choose to backup or sync to the cloud.

2. Data Security & Encryption

We prioritize security. Your private credentials are fully protected:

  • Client-Side Encryption: Sensitive passwords and key passphrases are encrypted directly on your device using the Android Keystore system before they are sent to the cloud.
  • Secure Transmission: All data exchanged between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your synchronized data strictly to restore your configurations across your devices. We do not analyze, share, sell, or distribute your server connection configurations, credentials, or personal information to any third parties.

4. Your Controls & Data Deletion

You maintain full ownership of your data. You can delete your cloud-synchronized configurations at any time by logging out or selecting the option to clear your cloud backups inside the application settings.
