Delete Account & Data

Request permanent deletion of your TZ Console account and configurations.

Warning: Deleting your account will permanently erase your email, name, Google Sign-In associations, and all cloud backups including servers, groups, SSH keys, and quick commands. This data cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Data

You can request data deletion using either of the following two methods:

Method 1: Instant Deletion In-App

  1. Open the TZ Console app on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  3. Under the Cloud Account section, tap on the options menu or click Manage Account.
  4. Select Delete Account & Data and confirm. All records are purged instantly.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request

Fill out the form below. Once submitted, our team will verify your identity via email and permanently delete all your records from our databases within 24 hours.
